Could someone help me out!!!
Hey guys, i key in my GW: Trilogy CD-KEYS into my trial account but it said error. so i choose the opition to create a new account and upgrade that account. aftermath, i went to log in. i did manage to log into the char screens. but after that it say i cannot play Guild Wars as i do not have any trial or access keys. but i just added GW Trilogy into that account. i contacted the support staff throught the site. i waited for about 7hours now yet to reply. do i need to get a new Trilogy? sigh!

GW support is not as responsive as you might expect. It may take them several days to get back to you, not mere hours. They are the only ones who can solve your problem, so all you can do is wait it out.

ahh... thats sad! but did anyone encounter this issue? is it able to solve it with myself? like getting a new trial keys add into the upgraded account?

Ok first off go to your email and open the incident ticket they sent you
Within that you have the option to update the ticket do so Enter the serial key code you obtained from Trilogy ..When you added the key code and it was to a trial account ..if you added the key check your master account give them your log.in master account name... your name and address ..this is to enable them to check your master account |

okay. but will they view tickets today? i tried calling NCsoft but they say the hotline is closed on sat and sun? is that mean that they will only view tickets on mondays?

Hold on a min

i know but. the problem is. i cannot get anymore trials keys on that account is said 1 master account can only get 1 trial keys. that why im asking. btw can a master account hold 2 trial keys?

Ahh I think your getting a little confused....If it was a trial to begin with
Then you purchased Trilogy you do not need another trial key Add it to existing account the full game .................................................. .................. As you the OP created another account you will have access to all the trilogy on that account The max trial anyone will get is 1 Buy the game.....one free trial is all you need.. whats to stop guys trying to play continusley with trials.... yes i bought trilogy already. but the problem is i have 2 account in my master account. cause early on i tried to upgrade the "trial" account but it has an error. so i click on link to a new account in my master. so i created the account and my Trilogy key is in the non-trial account.

then as you created another account you can only play on that account and anything you had on the trial you have lost..as you opted to make a new one
Unfortunatley your out of luck play your new account only |

nono. the "new" which the one i added my trilogy CD KEYS. the "old" is the one with trial on it. now i could play with my trial but not with the trilogy ones.

When you created the "new" account, you used a different account id and password. When you try to log in with those, what exactly happens.
Forget about the trial account for now. Although Support might be able to merge the two accounts.

Yeah, i have 2 account now
one is with trial key ( which can be play and log into the world) one is with trilogy key ( which i can log in but i cannot play guild wars ) the main issue is i can play the trial account which is useless because i added the trilogy cd keys into the other accounts yet the trilogy account said im not allowed to play guild wars in this account. lol sorry very confusing! haha so i contact the support. it only gave me a useless URL which don't help at all. up till now i still cannot play my trilogy account. which sucks so much! anyways i did ask support staff to delete the trial one but they said it cannot be delete unless blah blah. Thanks everyone for helping. |

ok when i log into the "trilogy account"there no fetures unlocked under that account and it don let me play guild wars. and i use the manage access keys. it give me a error stating that my CD KEYS is being disabled.

it does show me the unlock fetures i am about to get. which is tirlogy but when i click the next button it said is disabled. idk why.

i bought it from an online shop. well. i put in a trial epic key into the trilogy account it work out fine! i can play now but just trial. and i added the trilogy cd key earlier on i cannot play but i do see the account in master account is playable status and standard status. furthermore, i even got the email from ncsoft stating that my account is successfully appiled the TRILOGY CD KEYS. seems very funny to me.

Ok, then just follow the steps required by Support. Respond to their email as directed. They will straighten it out for you. You don't need to buy another Trilogy unless you want another account (many players have more than one).
Support will fix the problem with your "new" account and merge the trial account into it if you want to continue that character. It just takes time.
